She went up the ranks through different levels of management positions including production manager in diverse industries before she became the Chief Executive of NeOn Energy. A company she has been successfully running for the past six years in
South Africa and almost two years in the Middle East (Bahrain), with 5
permanent staff members and six temporary staff members locally. She
also owns an e-commerce shop with her own designer brand, Perla Nera
(www.perlaneralux.com) handbags during her spare time. She has a great passion to integrate machine learning into operations.

She is a mother and a wife.

He has depth knowledge and understanding of International Financial reporting standards, International Auditing Standards, Internatioal company Law, Cost Accounting, Financial Management and Income Tax Act 58 of 1962 and VAT Act of 1991.

He has an extensive experience in Corporate Governance and Ethics (king IV), and company statutory compliance of national and International companies.

Qualified Chemical analyst with more than 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Mineral Processing laboratory.

He has an extensive knowledge in laboratory quality control ISO 17025:2017, handling management of dangerous & harmful chemicals and chemical research.

He also has deep knowledge in laboratory equipment usage such as Chromatography (GC-MS, LC.MS, HPLC) and Spectrometry (ICP, AA, UC-VIS).

He designed processes and equipment for large scale manufacturing and test methods of manufacturing products, treating by-products and managing the entire team.

She has good knowledge of administering new markets and identifying the requirements for prospective markets and develop new products and services.
